try a civic radiator, or one from a 90-93 integra

This is what Accordtheory did to fit another radiator:

I believe it is one of those smaller civic (92-95?) radiators.

Edit: I might actually have a 90-93 Integra radiator sitting around. I will check this weekend and measure it.

yes, i believe they do. i still don't understand why people want aluminum over copper, though. COPPER CONDUCTS HEAT BETTER!

The koyo is supposed to keep the engine 30% cooler then the stock one.

i wanted an all aluminum one because ive had bad luck with plastic and copper ones, with cracking or holes. and the aliuminum ones are lighter.

Copper oxidizes and tarnishes quicker than aluminum.

That said.... are you having overheating problems? If not, I don't see the point. :|

Copper oxidizes and tarnishes quicker than aluminum.

being that you still have an iron head in the mix, the aluminum will corrode almost as quickly. this is why you mix coolant with your water, even though water alone will move heat better.

90-93 Integra radiators are about the same size, but the neck for the upper hose is placed differently. You may need a different hose, but thats not a big issue.

what about 94-01 tegs?... seeing as I'm going to be swapping in a b18, I figure that I may aswell do the rad at the same time.

correct

the 90-93 are just about the same height and just about an inch or so shorter width wise

Yes and no. Water may move heat better, but the additives in antifreeze raise the boiling point of the water to avoid hot spots on your engine, as well as keeping the water from freezing in winter. It's not just a rust inhibitor. :)
