I don't think there is to much u can do, the plastic yellows over time from the sun and I don't think it's just on the surface.

im not sure what this is called, but pep boys sells this stuff that is like rubbing compound and it removes the yellow off plastic headlamps

You could always try any plastic polish. It may not turn the headlight totally clear and like-new, but it will help. I've tried that on my moms van with good results. Another thing you could use is Mag Wheel Polish or Chrome polish, like Meguire's Mag & Aluminum Wheel Polish or Eagle One's Mag & Aluminum Polish.

Actually plastic polish is pretty wussy. Go for hte old no. 7 chrome polish. It'll cut through yellow headlights in no time.

Very fine wet sand followed by a buff with some sort of glazing compound. Preferably with an electric buffer cause it takes alot longer by hand.

Beat me too it. I agree with this statement. Glass lamps are much better than plastic anyway.

i think he is talking about the turn singnals in the bumbers...mine are nasty...i wanted to take them out and clean them but i was too lazy to figure out how they came out
