i dont know why, but this is by far the only hatchie i like. of course there was Vinny's but this looks real nice.

Thannk, I know that if you dont get just the right angle on this car they look like crap on film. I had no Idea vinny had a hatch I thought he drove a coupe?


You need to do something with your bumper.

Yea I tried with the bumper inserts installed and one of them is gold :violin: . I will paint the bumper when I get the car painted. The roof has some sun damage so there is no point in just painting the bumper when I can do the whole car :cheers: .

sould of never painted them. in all but pic i would of thought u had on steelies. i know they look better in person, but they just stand out more silver

Vinny had a blue hatchie. He went thru cars like no other. but at one point he did have a blue hatchie. Jim's front bumper was given to vinny to use on his hatchie.

They look like steelies, because is was a cloudy day and when I resized the pictures is kinda takes the details out of it. As for the paintjob, I plan on reapainting it the same color just new.

Don't get me wrong, I like steelies! And that's probably the best color to paint your car. You don't have to worry about the hard-to reach bits. But get some clear pics!

You can keep the black on the wheels, but try to scrape off the paint on the lip area and polish it to a mirror shine. Now that would look nice! I only like dark colored wheels if they have a chrome or polished lip. Other than that, I don't see the point of having nice wheels if you can't see them. Unless you are using it strictly for stealth with performance and not for looks, then yea.

personally i like them. i think you should have gone with a dark grey or gunmetal, whatever you'd like to call it. but those do look nice :thumbup:

Thanks everybody, I know the pics dont nearly do the rims justice. I will get some better pictures on a sunny day. As for the gunmetal coment, I tride to get them doen that way, but they just dident have the color I was looking for so I went with a gossy black.

I'm a bronze fan, but black is nice. I think silver stands out a little too much at times.

You know Iceman the chops in your sig are very inspirational... I like the MonoBrow look you've got going there, makes the front end look very sleek!

Just get some pics that are more up close to the car so that people can see the rims a bit better. Also, you should resize them to be bigger than they are... detail ftw!

In my opinion i liked your car before the black, but the black does look awsome, but when you get your car repainted go for a lighter grey and see if you can get the lip repolished.

I think it looks clean. I like ICEMAN's idea of giving them a polished lip. That would be the finishing touch those wheels need...
