nice car, looks better than it would with faded trim for sure :-D

i gotta rag on ya some tho, those pics are too big, and a better excuse would have been "i dont know how to resize" rather than "im too lazy"...it just makes you sound like you dont care about the rules. anyway, nice work! the most ive done so far this spring is remove half of a scratch and wash my car 3 times (in 3 weeks....kinda sad really)

it makes it easier to see them all anyway, i wasnt tryin to be a jerk im just saying it could be easily seen in a negative light the way you said it.

its all good
i didnt think you were being a jerk
accord owners arent jerks :D

i have two almost exact pics on different sides of the car cause my brother said the passenger side is my car's good side so i had to get one of both :D (behind me in the driver side pic is a big dent haha)

Lookiing good t-funk. I really like that model your brother has with the v6. They make some sweet bodykits for those.

wow that car is freken sweet...kinda looks like mine but mine has some fat fives on with the honda center caps...if it does not rain tomorrow im going to wash it and take some pics...wow rear seats that are not riped of faded...
p.s how did you fix the bumper? i got a lip so i have to take it off but i dont knoe how to fix it since it sags since like 1994 when it got replaced

well unfortunately it still has a LITTLE sag left, but i went to the junkyard and got the piece just on the very end of the bumper cover that it slides along to keep it sucked up against the fender
the bumper itself still shows evidence of being twisted, im assuming from some accident, cause they replaced that whole clip with a piece of wood lol

but you dont know unless you get right down at bumper level

nice, clean car....I like the color ;-)

Needs a sunroof though lol....

I'm half done with my bumpers....painted the front one today, doing the back one tomorrow. The front one was a bitch to take off....looks like the back is easier.

I'm glad you posted those pics....I'm planning to paint the rest of the car black from the trim down, but I can see it will still look good with just the bumpers done until I get the rest of the materials for the sides. Thanks!

what did you use for your bumpers? i was planning on getting duplicolor black bumper coating

speaking of gold accords, i saw soooooo many trashed golden accords at the junkyard today, made me so sad :(
they also had so many hatchbacks in pretty awesome condition except the engine

That's what I used. They turned out great. My only problem is someone did a really shitty patch job on the drivers side of my front bumber, and I haven't been able to get it completely smoothed out yet (you can see it in my garage). I used filling primer before I painted them, which I would recommend, since it should help the bumper coating stick and stay.

One thing....there are three common colors of bumper coating. The first time, I accidentally bought the dark gray....the cap is pretty close to the black, especially under poor lighting, so make sure you get the black lol....
I also bought Krylon rust proofer for the sides, since I live in NH where they salt the crap out of the roads....so I'm going to try and winterize the bottom half of the car to help it last me awhile.

What wheels do you have on your car? Are they factory? If so, what year, model, etc.?
