I have a manual 1988 Accord, and when i start it up in the morning, the tachometer is about 1,000 rpm higner than normal (1,900 rpm idle speed), but by after school it's about normal (900 rpm idle speed). I was just wondering if anyone knows what the problem is or if it has happened to them also?

your car will high idle until it is warm. it sounds like it is functioning normally.

Yes, especially if it's carburated.

Is it really? Don't get my hopes up if you're just kidding. Cuz that would be so metal

Well it would probably be more like just dropping a 3gee body on top of a different 4x4 frame and powertrain... like I saw once, a guy ripped the top off an old Toyota 4x4 and plopped on the body of a Mercury Bobcat (cousin to the Pinto). Looked pretty wild.

Yea, I've seen those before, The best one was a Geo Metro Hatch.
That's pretty much what I meant when I said that, although an AWD 3G would be pretty awesome too. Just not... You know... Metal.
