So I just bought a 1998 accord. My (89 wheels)4 X 100 pattern motegi rims are too small for my 98 accords 4 X 114.3). Has anyone used wheel adapters? I owe $1200 on the rims and tires and want to still use them. My 98 accord has a bigger pattern. Would it look and be ok to use wheel adapters?

I wouldn't recoment using adapters but you can if you want to. They will also make the wheels sit out farther.

yup you dont want to risk it when you are going 70+ mph down the road and a freaken wheel goes loose. like i said get the right size rims that were ment for the car

its time to start using the larger spacing. i think my friend used some wheel adapters on his acclaim. he put like chevy corsica wheels on it and its a plymouth. anyway it works but the wheels you'll be using will probably stick out and look ghetto as hell. you'd be better off not using adapters though and just getting the correct wheel for your car or just leave the stock wheels on for now. we have an '02 EX with leather, its nice. how about yours?
