So I just bought a 1998 accord, and I was wondering what you guys thought about ebay headers. They go for $35-$50 plus $30 shipping.... Pretty cheap in price. Has anyone purchased these kind of headers for your newer vehicles? :help:

if you buy a header or turbo manifold off ebay, that not name brand, plan on rewelding the bitch back together..

That is one of the funniest things I have ever heard. Bravo.

I was in the market for the same year accord header... there was a used header for sale for $28 from a junkyards putting it's parts online.

I bought mine from an accord owner, $20 used but it was worth $160 originally. I wouldn't get the ebay ones since they don't offer actual pictures of each individual header like you'd have when buying from an individual.

I'm about to order a header...but I'm not sure if it comes with all I need. Does anyone know if this is all I need?

it doesn't really say what comes with it. if i were you, i'd email them like it says and ask them what all is included. and you might want to do that anyway since it says that the number they have available may not be the actual number on hand.

I'm pretty sure you can get it for $150 at other places... the $250 is usually for the Ceramic Coated Header.

I don't know about the $30-50 range but I've heard that the Megan racing products are pretty good. One of my friends has a down pipe from them for his supra and it had good welds. The header for your car (if its 4 cyl) is only like $130 and its stainless.

Megan it is! I didn't see those when I did a regular search. I've heard awesome things about Megan Racing. $160.00 shipped is decent for a purchase!

I bought a Megan Racing Stainless Steel header for my 94 prelude si and it was worth it.

Really suprised about the quality and the looks of the header. Haven't had any leaks or problems with it. It's a really nice blued color now :)

Mine was $109 + shipping so about $130 total and it was a great buy.

I also bought the Megan Racing hi-flo cat for the prelude and it was just as good.

I wish I would have bought the Megan Racing strut and tie bar sets b/c those look just like DC Sports stuff.

And don't forget the Megan Racing stickers that they give ya ;) 10 hp per sticker :)

I know you will have to reuse you old o2's, every one I have called says that the header bolts dont come with them but the gaskets do..
