Deck

There's this deck I've looking for but I can't remember the name of it. I think it's chameleon or something. Anyway when you turn your car off the deck hides. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

it just turns black sony jvc jensen and someone else makes almost the asame exatect deck but personal id still looks like a deck is ts there. im more partial to a deck that looks a little more stock like the 2004 model clarions and the new panisonics

i just have a 05 alpine and take off the faceplate when i park myc ar in the middle of no were...sometimes i dont take it off since the guy who installed it said that you should not take it off and put it on all the time since you will wear the pins and you might not get good contact.

Does anyone still make the head units where you can remove the whole stereo ? I know alpine use to make units like that, You could just take the whole stereo out and not worry about wires because it plugged into the cage.
Im becoming a big fan of eclipse, Those head units are wild ! Plus you get esn security with most of them.

i dont think anyone does but i could be wround the last one i saw was a kenwood tape deck that did that, and i belive all of eclipse is decks have security codes there just uber expensive but worth it

i remember thoes decks that you had to take out the whole stereo. my dad had one it was like a tape player and now thinking back to them they were a dumb idea cuz then you just have a hole in the dash. he would take it out and put it under the seat cuz it would not fit in his glove box. some dude wanted to trade me a eclipse stereo for my 900 watt amp but i told him no...i need the cash

dude if you want a deck get a kenwood exceleon...they sofa king awesome..
