cam question

hi there, I am trying to choose a cam grind to suit an everyday driving between a delta 272 or stage 1 triflow grind. what sort of power gain's could I expect and what the safe max rev's my engine can go to with 1 of these grind. What the differnce between a stage 1 and stage 2 triflow grind, could I go ahead and get a stage 2 tri flow grind, I have a a20a3 carb engine, do I have to do any mod's to accomadate one of these grinds? I'd say stay in the 6,800 range, not so much for the valve train as the rest of the motor as well.

Go with colt if you have the money.
