Yaaaay got rear ended! :(

:thumbdn: So, the other day, got off work, went home, took a shower, ate some food, and took off for school. (doing night classes right now).

Traffic was rediculous, and was barely moving. Finally it started to move, for about 100yards, then stopped again, so I stopped, and BAM!! some idiot in a ford escort slammed into me. So I exchanged information, and went to school, thinking oh didnt look too bad, just my rear bumper.

Then, last night I went for a carwash, and at work today I noticed that there is a slight ripple in both my rear 1/4 panels! :rant: Not cool... so I phone my bodyman, and by the sounds of it, the insurance company will probably end up writing the car off. I have the worst luck.

And to top it off my back hurts like a bitch now. So, I guess we'll see what happens with insurance this week. Sorry guys, just needed to rant, people fucking piss me off. :rant: :rocket:

Contact a lawyer, then go see a doctor. That way you have something written about your pain from the accident.
Sorry to hear it too, man it does suck....specially when an insurance company gets involved with a car of our's age.

^^ Well luckily I was waiting till next week to put most of my parts on, and havent done the swap yet. But it still sucks.

The other persons insurance company is actually kinda under the same company as mine, its like a different division, so they are going to have someone neutral deal with it.

And I don't think I'll need a lawyer, goin to the doctor tuesday, so I'll get that sorted out. 2 summers ago, I was in an accident, not my fault, and i had neck and back problems, after they fixed my car I got a pay out of over 5k$
