just need to get the stock downpipe off so i can mount it the way i need it so it will fit around the ps/ac

pics of the stock downpipe? Manifold looks pretty good. Id reccomend cutting the flange between EACH port so it wont crack, because manifolds like that eventually will crack. Its easy to do and you cand do it with a hacksaw.

you should ebay it as a "crossflow" design offering zero emissions, a dramatick reduction in fuel consumption, and most of all, super high performance since there is no loss of exhaust energy :p

nice looks good the welds are minty too:D Is that the stock manifold flange? or did you machine one cause that looks pretty thick like 3/8" or 1/2 thick

that's not a stock flange. i would assume he bought it from a flange supplier. it's certainly better than using the stock flange, due to it being cast iron. cast iron doesn't weld too well to mild steel. it can be done, but it tends to crack after a few hundered heat cycles.

i brought the last one from arron weir of weirtech racing. he might start making more soon. all the supplies to make this manifold cost me $90 shipped
