I was wondering how much you guys paid for tinting?? and have you had any issues with it? I wanted to get a dark tint, cept oregon only allows like 35% or something? and it HAS to be installed by a professional, not like they would care or know anyways.....but Yeah how much is tinting and what kind of diff options are there??

It's roughly $125 for your HB (all sides and rear). Go to a good shop that uses quality tint made by companies such as Madico and Llumar. The cheap dyed stuff will fade and turn purple and the adheasive is usually pretty cheap too resulting in air bubbles in a couple years. The good film is metalized and made with much better quality stuff and should come with a lifetime warranty. It's also more efficient in terms of heat and UV rejection.

in a car with no AC, tint is wonderful.

Where I live they charge around $200. But I paid $50, cause I knew a guy who's dad owned a tint shop, which was cool. So if you lived here, I'd hook you up. Both my cars I had him do, including my families cars too.

yeah, you're usually looking at about 150 to 200 for a good tint. As for color, you can get just about anything in the rainbow. They make the tints all sorts of colors so think about your final project goal and tint towards that. I'm going to get a copper tint job. I wish I could find a reflective one on top of that but we'll see. Later. Lockleaf
