I don't know that anyone has actually dynoed right before and after putting one in. Keep in mind also it depends on what previous mods you have.

It'd be sweet if someone had the time to swap everything in and out, and people could donate cams for testing.

It really doesn't take that long to swap a cam in and out. Maybe 2 hours tops with adjusting the valves.

it depends on your mods. an i/h/e modded car would show better receptiveness of it than stock, and if you have other mods like p&p, valve jobs, etc, it'd show even more improvement.

Seat of the pants dyno, I would say 10 to 15 hp, maybe more.
I have Delta 272, intake, header, exhaust, 4th gen map sensor, polished t/b, and it made a big difference.
The thing is the power ia all in the higher rpm's. I'd say from 3500 to 6500, it pulls like crazy, 1000 on up, the other mods have to make up for lost low end torque.
I can shred my 16 inch tires once you get the rpm's up, and grab 2 gear rubber too.
