Selling the car but I have a problem

Well I think I know its the timing belt is off a tooth. When I took off the adjustable cam gear and put the stock one on I think I ended up one tooth off b/c it accelerate like ass.

And I have a buyer for it but I need to get this fixed before he will buy it. It idles fine just doesn't accelerate like it used to.

Does anyone know if I need to retard it a tooth or advance it?

Well I fixed the problem and the guy called back and backed out of the deal. We had the title all filled out and everything. Now I need a new title. Well I'm just going to drive it around town and have a price on the window.

Well I have time to remove the rear strut bar now.

he dident they just fillid out all the papers then the guy backed out oh and next time just get a change of ownership from dmv as a matter of fack u dont even need a new title just the change of owner ship paper i think its pink well at least in cali it is
