Don't most people just paint the calipers? That seems like the paint would get in to places it shouldn't and start to affect breaking performance. I could def see the paint collecting on the pads and gumming them up.

^agreed. maybe you should have taken the time to kinda pull them off to the side or something. anyway it still looks nice! what paint did you use? heat resistant or just some regular style paint? what about primer?

it does not look bad at all...but yeah like the other ppl said you should take your time to mask off the parts you dont want painted...im going to paint mine as soon as i get 2 jackstands.

I did use masking tape to cover the rotor, especially near the caliper, just I don't have the pic of it lol. The paint that you can see on the rotor is just a thin layer where I put another final coat of paint before letting everything dries, which I cleaned with paint thinner before reassembling averything.

And yeah its high temp primer and paint

Just a normal high temp paint I bought from local hardware store. cant remember the name

Looks cool man. I don't think its terribly rice. Most cars that people don't consider rice (exotics like Porsche and Ferarri) come with them painted. I just think it's a clean sporty look. After all, I painted my drums red. :) Front calipers to come soon.
