4g Taillights? How close?

Search didn't bring anything up, so here goes. Has anyone ever tried installing 4G lights on a 3g? They look pretty close. But my question is, how close are the in actuallity?

far enough to require so much bodywork that you might as well install a television screen in place of your taillights. don't bother.

i've photochopped them on, and honestly, they look like pure ass. might as well but the 4th gen.

Here's a pic of one who has them on but it takes some modification to make it look this good. And this is only the outer ones... I've seen another guy on here put it on without doing the bodywork to make it fit and match wich looked like complete ass...

those look pretty dorky if you ask me. i thought about the accord hb tails or some old civic hb tails that look about the same. but yeah a bit of body work to get any tail lights to fit besides what came on the car.

eh, to each his own, i suppose. those don't tickle any of my personal pickles. but if you like them and want to do it, go for it. i just saw a crx w/ an integ front in in the autotrader, so taillights shouldn't be too hard of a project. and of course, there was SQ is the Squad's prelude front end on a 3g and there's the hondamino. so it's definitely not going to be the hardest of projects either.

dude no offense but those tails kinda suck. lol ive seen them on different cars around town, but mostly 5g accords, and they look like ass. especially the ones that have the CF wannabe print on them. and the lil triangle on the side...kinda gay.

if i really wanted to do the 4g tail conversion i would go for the white on top red on bottom look that they have. now that i like
