Merg. Circuit Problem.

So ive got a parasitic drain on my battery.
I narrowed it down to the 20 amp fuse thats labled "Horn. Stop lights. (seat belt retractors)"

I was testing my near dead battery,
.03 amps was normal, and this fuse gave me .00,
so i pulled the teg steering wheel i had on it off, and it read .01.

K, so now i have a new battery, and it reads .02.

Anyone have any ideas what else on this circuit could be draining my battery?

I have a small draw as well my battery might last 2 weeks car un started. When my combo switch went out I notice with the covers off that the little light that lights the ignition key was on all the time.

Unplug stuff on that curcuit and see if you can isolate that draw a little more.
