Has anyone rebuilt an accord A/T transmission? even if you know how to take one out and put in another that would be helpful.

Taking it in and out is easy. Just keep unbolting shit until it falls on ya!

what!? Would I need to calibrate shit? or is it as simple as a bolt on, also might someone have a pic as to where the tranny starts and ends?

To me it's easier to just pull the whole engine, that way if you need mounts also you can replace them and maybe clean the bay up a bit.

No, you don't need to calibrate anything. It might be simpler for you to just pull the engine, like the above suggestion.
Get yourself a Haynes, or download the manual from the site, it's not a complicated procedure, just remember to sort all the parts carefully so you don't misplace anything.
