http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid208/pb109b7d363baf8b65b308b6f2bea61ec/ee5e6c9f.jpg found this today,10 bucks,I think it's off of a buick or something. the car was on it's side gutted and this was just hanging off the strut towers. it's no light weight eithier.very well made. It looks like with some work it'll fit the rear strut towers

wow, nice find! was it at jy or where at?JY, I went looking at the other yard for a right turn signal and it was about the only thing left on a buick. It might be a factory brace, but it's really close to fitting the strut towers.

It's a strut bar,it was still bolted to one side on the strut towers,I mostly wanted the ends, they are formed to bolt to the strut tower then accept a heavy guage square steel tube. this one has the tube, but if it's too short I have more of that stuff at work.

Yeah man, definitely hit us up on how this ends up. If so, we might have more intrigued by buick strut bars eh?

it looks like I need to make some ends to fit the car but I can still use the formed pieces with some modification

haven't had time to really work on it,been major busy rebuilding the suspension on my car. I am going to take pictures when I get started on it. I'm going to install that sway bar from the 89 lxi hatch so this will help the sway bar function better. as soon as the missing pieces to install the sway bar get here from majestic honda,i'll take pictures of that project too.
