My engine is leaking oil right below the oil reservoir, oil is leaking onto the manifold and burning, producing alot of smoke, then the smoke ends up in the car (not good for my health, and I cant crack the windows because I dont live in the best part of town). If you have a picture of a STOCK 88 Lx engine, I could show you where it is leaking.

i think it's leaking from the valve cover gasket or it could be the head gasket ! both will leak on the exhaust !

here is a pic ! full stock carbed manual ! :D

Where is the oil pan, could an impact on the bottom of the car cause the valve cover gasket to go?
If you have a pic of the bottom of an lx i could circle where the leak is on the bottom

what do yuo mean by an impact ! ? BTW valve cover gaskets go by time ! so if you don't wanna change it grab some gasket maker , remove the cover , clean out the old gasket ! put the gasket maker tighten the cover ! it worked for me beacuse i couldn't find the gasket !
i'll try to get a pic of the bottom of the car !

Cool if you could get a pic of the bottom of the car that would be great, in the mean time Ill make a flash animation of the bottom impact so you can better understand what I mean.
