Head Light Problems

Ok so tonight i was driving and i noticed that my headlights weren't as bright and then i noticed that my passenger side headlight wasn't coming up all the way like i had "sleepy eyes" or something like that. When i look at my car thing in the dash it lights up the headlight, and i was wondering if its simply just a fuse that is blow or almost blow or what they problem is, has anyone ever had this problem?

Well i often see that when it rains or even at night it is really weak but I think its just in my head, get HID's should fix the problem.

That indicator is telling you that you have a problem with your headlight retractor. You have to check to see if it is binding up and make sure the linkage to the motor is good and tightened down.
