Anyone that's good with electrical know how to jumper wire the A/C switch in the dash control panel to turn the A/C on? The Control panel is bad, which is limiting power to the switch to kick the system on.

Anyone have a spare Heater Control Panel for an 89 LX?

You can jump out that switch. But before you jump it out check that you have 12 volts on the yellow/black wire with the ignition key in the run position.

If there is no voltage check fuse # 5 in the under the dash fuse panel. From your other thread it sounds like the fuse is blown. Turn off the A/C switch before you change the fuse.

If there is 12 volts on the yellow/ black wire then jump that wire to the green wire.

It was a quick fix.. blew that fuse again and further diagnosis revealed a bad clutch/coil.
