So i'm finally getting rid of those chrome wheels and getting these fat fives put on.

sorry for the bad pics, it's from my phone and i can't hold it that steady.

we'll see how well this wheel paint holds up... i'm fairly pleased with the result.

it's gunmetal per say...

and yeah... lol, uh.... i kinda don't have the accord anymore... traded it in a while ago.

i got the fat fives from Halxi.... so the road rash on the rims is NOT my fault lol.

Thanks to those who wished me a happy b-day... and yeah, my g/f turned 18 on the 6th so i don't have anything to worry about :D

what does this have to do with anything hes talking about in this topic? seriously?

He just bought new Kuhmo Tires for his 15" chromies, hes going to have his new Kuhmo Tires for his 15" Chromies mounted on his *GASP* 15" Fat fives... woooowwwww.... no need for new tires eh?

Too bad his fat fives are going on his civic, not accord :P lol...

Also, as deadhead noted... the roadrash was NOT from him, nor me... but the guy i bought my civic from... or maybe even the owner of the wheels before him. I never had the fat fives on my civic.

Glad to see that they're comming along well. Cant wait to see the finished product in person, heres an older pic (With the rims BEFORE deadhead painted them, when i still owned them and he was testing um out)

They'll look HAWT on his civic when he gets them finished.

i was just saying that you can get twice the mileage on a lil bigger tire that costs less....he did not mention about geting new tires

Those fat fives look good, or I might say, that civic look good with those fat fives. Good luck with the finishing of your rims.

Not to hijack, but you realize that a longer-life tire has less grip than a softer compound, shorter-life tire, right? Most people--and I would hope any level of car enthusiast--would prefer a softer compound just for the handling benefits.
