A/F Screw

what is the aprom setting of the a/f screw i just had my carb rebuilt and the car is runnign very rich and the srew is sticking out a lot is it suppose to be flush or something or about how many turns?

It will be different on every car. Just start turning it in until it is no longer running rich.

oh ok so should i scre it in then?

screw either direction to see what direction makes it run rich and adjust it until it doesn't run rich anymore
