Alright, I've got an '88 2dr LX-i. I'm wondering if the front clip off an '87 4dr LX-i will fit on the front of my car. The reason is, the '87 hasn't ever been wrecked but the engine and the interior is trashed, so I thought I'd just take the body parts off it that I need 'cause my '88 has a new engine but both fenders, the hood, and the front bumper needs replacing. So I was wondering if anyone knew if they were the same or not...

Oh yea, also the headlights...the retractors on my car are trashed too. They the same too?

everything should fit. i dont think there is a difference in angles so it should be fine. the headlights whould fit as well.

all the sheetmetal will.

now the bumper will only swap out complete. that means you cant swap out just the covers.

You might want to try to keep your 88 bumper complete and headlight trim corner lights and grille though. It looks alot better than the 86-87 parts.

yup 2dr and 4dr have some length differences at the rear and also the taillights are diffrent.

I put an coupe rear bumper on my sedan and it didn't line up all the way and it looked so punny.

The fronts are the same though.
