Hey need big help ( Blow Through 2bbl Keihin Carb )

Hey guys ..I am from redpepperracing.com and used to have a 3g accord...I have a 3g civic that has a accord 2 barrel on it...anyways..I am trying to set it up as a blow through for a turbo...I need to know where the jets in thes carbs are and the power valve...????please help...a diagram would be nice but...I can't find one..lol has anyone modded that carb for boost???so many questions..TOM

No one I know on 3geez has done the mod to the stock carb. The stock carb and intake manifold are not exactly sought after when wanting to boost, tuning is limited. Try other forums, there are a few places I've seen that have boosted keihins.

As for removing jets. I have tried vise grips and only end up striping the jets... they don't screw out, or at least not easily enough for me to get them out without shaving them to nothing. There are no screw driver slots in the mains. The funny thing is the keihin has access to the mains thru the slot in the side of the float bowl so they took the time to machine places for the jets to go I don't see why they couldn't be removed. Good luck getting them out.

I'll try and get a diagram up or circle the jets in a picture.

Not a picture on the main jets but #72 is the MAIN JET acess cover. The two dimples in #72 are right in line with the primary and secondary jets.

Don't confuse the PRIMARY SLOW MIXTURE jet with the PRIMARY MAIN jet.

These are the air correction jets.
I'm not quite sure how it is under boost but under normal conditions you want only what gets past the air jets to put a break on fuel flow... if you have a leak after the jet then you're adding more resistance to the fuel so less will come out the booters and you get a lean mixture.

What do you intend to do to richen the mixture when you transistion from IDLE to WOT.
Other then the power valve... any accelerator pump mods?

Also I circled the plunger that opens the power valve (#56)
