headlight problem

my headlights stay up, and i don't know what the problem is. i called the dealership about the headlight motors and they said that it's probably not the motors, as they rarely ever go out. they said it's probably wiring, but i have no idea. i bought the car with an alarm installed, it could have something to do with that, but im not for sure. any help is good help, i need help bad. thanks a lot everybody.

Did you make sure to check that the headlight switch to the right of the steering wheel didn't get pushed accidently?
