$200 Score...

Dunno if you guys know much about these, but i bought a F1 Edition accord for $NZ200 ($US130) today... its got a b20a etc etc. If it was a manual id be more keen on keeping it, but ill porbably just do it up and sell it on.

Only things wrong is, Dent in Petrol tank, Dent in front, leaking coolant from somwhere and speedo drive is a tad broken. I got a few parts lying round so hopfully wont cost too much to fix.

All the Si have dual piston calipers with rear disks. The F1 just has cosmetic differences. Although it's kinda hard to see in the pics, the corners are non-facelift so they aren't the JDM corners that you guys like, they are pretty much the same as USDM ones.

Cheers guys. In the picture you can see a JDM corner, but they didnt come out factory with them - the guy musta put them on before me.

After messing about with it the last few days, i cant stop the stupid auto leaking like a sieve, so ive decided to jsut part it out rahter than just messing around trying to fix it.

It was only $200 bucks but its still a shame that i cant get it going properly. It was really nice to drive for the 10ks or so it kept its fluid lol!

eh, talk to the jdmnz fellow off ebay and see how he ships. i wouldn't mind the steering wheel myself. or the b20a, even with the auto tranny. if i were you, i'd pull the engine + tranny and keep it because someone on this board will probably buy it sooner or later. and the spoiler. someone will take that off your hands too.

you knoe the seats are the other way around....i was checking a RHD accord and the seat has lumbar adjustment for the right side....just thought it was funny cuz we have it on the left hand side.

Ill get some weights on the seats and investigate shipping, i havnt managed to contact JDMNZ guy on ebay, so ill have to see how to ship - the condition it pretty damn good considering the age, a little fading but no rips that i can see. you want front and back? id throw in the whole center steering wheel bit for free lol. Give me a few days to weigh and get quotes and ill PM ya :D

Well i would love both front and back but i think that would be killer on shipping so il settle for the front ones. Though if its not that much more il consider back and front. As for the steering wheel thanks but i just want the f1 emblem:thumbup:

Well yeah the engine was listed on trademe and it just got snapped up last night much to my surprise - but the buyer is in wellington so i dunno if the sale will go through, i wont get my hopes up.

If it doesnt sell i might put the b20 into my car after rebuilding it and slapping a turbo on, but i gotta find a damn manual gearbox - and thats actually difficult! The whole car is still there Messy, just sitting in my mates garage.

Its auto, so no gearknob, floormat was rooted, and apart from the tail lights, i dunno if there is much difference in other things? Ideas lol?

I estimate the seats to weigh about 45 pounds so about 90 for both front seats hell make it 100 pounds for both lol Of course if anyone knows the exact weight of the seats (which im sure nzdm seats cant be that much different form usdm seats in weigh) let me know!

Pounds? C'mon man dont confuse me! I weighed some other seats i had, and each front seat was 16 kilograms each, and both parts of the back was 16kg together. And as you said, im sure both seats will be the same weight. Im still working on prices, i tried one place on friday, and the guy there estimated $NZ500 for the two, which i thought was huuuge! Its a long weekend so ill try again on tuesday when everythings open again :D
