I just got a good offer on a rebuilt carb.
but the carb was on a Automatic, so what do I need to do to use a carb for a automatic on a manual????

Thanks

it'll be fine... the auto may or may not have an extra linkage on the carb throttle shaft. If it does, it was for the TV cable but you don't have one.

You may need to plug off one of the vac lines because the auto carb has two on the right side (as if you were looking at the car with it on the car) and the manual carb only has one. I used the Auto carb on my 89 and had no probs with it. I say go for it.

It will be nice to have a Two Barrel carb again!!

The secondary diaphragm died and so did my fast idle unloader.
And I know that for a fact since I tested them with a proper pump/guage

So the cars a tad slow working on just the 32mm primary!

Thanks
