yup it would all depend on the offset....as long as they are 40mm or more you should be able to lower it as much as you want.

yes 17's will fit with the 2.25 drop ..thats excatly what i have ..sprint 2.25 drop all around with 17's ...no rubbing ...you will be fine ....as long as the offset is 40 or up... mine are 42mm

17's with a 2.25" drop is perfect I think. My friends with accords like mine did that, and it looks great.

Whoa hold on, HOW WIDE are they? I totally agree with everything everyone has said, but we don't know how wide they are. 205's no problem, 215's I become worried.

Im so happy!!! they need to be dipped but thats better then buying them new plus tires... any of you guys heard of ALT namebrand??? they are like 17 spoke *yes I know its a lot* but they look really nice... they are not that thin either... tires are in decient cond. 2 almost new and 2 a few months old... I almost put down $1000 for new enkei cdr9's and some yokohoma's.... ahh well... it's all part of the 3G movement........

$1000 for rims and tires. Well now I don't feel so bad for thinking about spending $1700 for my dream suspension. Now if I can just convice my wife I HAVE to do it.:D

$300 sound like a deal to me. What do you mean by "dipped"?

hold on, i know i'm really late but i have 205/45/17 and my tires rub any time i hit a dip. so that more than 40mm thing has to be incorrect. and i have no drop.

well if it's not the offset then it would have to be the 45 series tire you are using. I don't know if anything bigger than a 40 series tire will fit on a 17.

i'm sure it is. any one know a walk though on how to roll back the fender. but there is some guy with the same size tire as me and he has a drop and has no problems?
