I have an 86 DX with auto and it started to overheat the other day and noticed that the coolent level was very low.
So i put some water in it and noticed a leak that was dripping out of the back of the engine.
When I got under th car I found the leak from this filter type thing that was right above my oil filter.
I went to advance auto today and they couldn't find out what it was but I was able to find a pic of it...

If someone could please help me identify this part I would really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance :)

you can't get them at autoparts. no one will have it accept Honda dealers.
Just go to your local dealer and buy it.
i don't know if this link will work or not. but i tis part #10 in the picture.
http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/auto/jsp/mws/prddisplay.jsp?inputstate=5&catcgry1=Accord&catcgry2=1986&catcgry3=4DR+LX&catcgry4=KA5MT&catcgry5=WATER+PUMP+%28CARB.%29

if it doesn't work go to that website. and look under water pump. and you should see it.

you are better off grabbing a couple from the junkyard because 37 bux on one valve is just too much money. Even some members here might have spare stuff hanging around in their garage, so hit up the market place section.
