Can anyone show step by step procedure tu tuning the carb after doing the vacuum line removal?How are we gonna know is AFR is correct?

if you didn't touch the the crew on the back of carb, your idle air mixture should be fine. you can't adjust idle mixture for whide open throttle.
you can adjust the idle RPM but that is all you can do to it.

You'll have to get a wideband and redrill the jets. Try changing the size of the air correction jets if you are too rich at WOT.
Get the second spacer for above the throttle plates.
Plug the bleed for the accel pump.
I'll need a cutaway of the carb to tell you what if any other passages to drill.
