you might have to raise up a tiny bit, but I cant see 17s being a problem if you want to be dumped. Just make sure you run a 205/40/17

the coil over are adjustable right? if so just rise it up a bit.

even if it is raised up, youu will need soem nice struts to keep the tires from rubbing. Keep in mind that at one point in time you will need to put something in the trunk or backseat and that can't weigh to much or instant rubbage.

I have a DZ 2.25 drop with 205/40/17 had to roll the back fenderwell to stop the rubbing http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/11/web/359000-359999/359877_203_full.jpg

Make sure you get some good shocksto go with the coilovers or your ride will be kinda bumpy.

also, keep in mind your offset. that will surely determine how they wheels will fit. off this topic, i just found a white 3rd gen coupe. i may have to check that out.

i have it as low as it goes (4" down all around) and my 205/40/17's only rub the paper stuff if i have the wheel turned all the way in one direction. it makes a hair of noise, but is harmless. no fender roll.
