if you could get a hold of some cupholders or an eq...maybe the cd player will fit inplace of either the bottom compartment of the cupholders or the lil eq thing has a compartment under it :D
yeah i was thinking that, but nah, ill just use some cardboard or something to fill in the space, i dont wanna waste money on THIS car :)

:wtf: :bandance:
lol i wired up a cdrom to some old tape deck, but ddidnt work to well, then one time we were at the dump and i found a cd player and wired that up to the tape deck, thought that was cool untill i put this in :D
and the best part about this one is they plug right in, no need for taped up wires or anything :D

hahahahahahahaha i told you what you burnt out in it. does it have RCA outs?? get a small 2 channel amp (keeping your budget in mind) and use that to power the speakers
RCA... does that mean those white and red plugs u usualy see behind the TV?? if so, yes it does have them, and all it says is REAR and umm i tried putting just the speaker wires right into it but it didnt work.... so i need a amp??? also there is a chip in there which snapped off the motherboard 2

yeah rcas are for an amp they say rear cause usually they are for the rear speakers. u can buy a fat amp and use that insteal of the pissy litle one that blew up.. dont know wot the other chip u snapped off cd be tho
well that piece is the 1 i broke :( and its 1 of those ones that get hot and use a heat sink like a computer or something...
as u can see those are the plugs im talking about on the left, but wont work if i put speaker right into it which i asume wont work at all without a amp? and here is also the chip that broke

i just connected those white n red plugs to the aux of the stereo and it works.... just like wohdog said. so............. does anyone know a way i can use those plugs for normal speakers without having to go buy a expensive amp or something? it dont work if i just connect the speakers straight to it :(

no, they have like a passive thing, which is rca's on one end that go into a module and come out to speaker wires...its a bypass so u dont need an amp...
know how they work? or how to make one?
Listen2myBASS

its probably possible to make...its just a bypass instead of using rca's to wire to the radio from the amp...should work for ur problem...id say cut the wires and strap some speaker wire to the end, but im not too sure.
Disclaimer: If you choose to do so I am in no way liable for damage.
hmm i think i got a slack-ish idea i might try... brb
well that didnt work, just pure idiotness of me.... now what :(
and listen2mybass, by that last post... i was a bit lost... do you mean just get a plug for the RCAs and cut the ends for speakers?
