Thank you, yeah my idle definitely feels different. I guess I need to open up the gap on my plugs a little though. Only drove it a little bit tonight though, after install so I guess I'll see tomorrow. I think I might have a little clearance issue but I can't tell. Doesn't seem like anythings hitting....but hood is a little harder to close. Who knows.

They're coming, but I have to warn you...the pics in my sig may look nice, but it's just a daily driver so it isn't that great. Right now I'm in winter/want meshies mode!

XD Thanks lol. After I write a freaking research paper tomorrow, I'll probably end up getting some paint/dress up for the engine. Maybe do a little cleaning as well.

good choice on the replacement coil. i replaced mine with an MSD blaster 2. has kept my engine running nice, smooth and clean. also keep my spark plugs from wearing i've noticed, but then again i gapped them .006 over, so maybe thats why they stay nice?

Yeah I'm not quite sure how much I want to regap mine at yet, but I think about .002 over maybe.

stock gap is recommended at .044, i did mine at .050 and had the least wear on the plugs that i've ever seen.

Yeah like I said I was thinking of .046 or maybe .047, not sure how that will affect anything as of yet though.

should prolong your plug life and not burn the electrode up as much. thats what i've observed after doing so.

Looks nice, clearence with that doesnt seem like an issue because if it was you would notice marks on the coil where the hood would hit.

^ Yeah that's what I was thinking last night. I thought that the hood was hitting the mounting bracket, but I guess I was just seeing things last night. I'm gonne check into it a little better today, after I finish my research paper and such.

Actually I went over that time and time again last night. I just said since it's ot broken...I'm not gonna fix it. If it gets even harder to shut, then I'll look into it, but it's not so bad right now I guess.

I adjusted mine a little bit, about .002 over. Didn't notice any improvement though, so I'm just gonna leave em that way.

Nice little upgrade, there! Should be far more attractive than your tired out old unit.
