If you have a new intake, it's that.

Maybe it's a bird.

yeah i was thinking it might be something with the belts or something. is a belt stretch a bad thing?. the belts are pretty new...ive had them for about a month and a half now since they installed them.

Maybe it's your turbo spooling up LOL. j/k. If it sounds like a bird whistle, I would say it's the pulleys. Spray some PB Blaster in the pulley bearings. Make sure not to get any on the belts and pulley grooves. Have a damp rag handy.

If it sounds like it's air, it might be one of your vaccum lines. Check those.

Either way, there's no way for us to tell for sure. It's your car, your guess is as good, if not better, than ours since you are the one with the car the whole time to see and hear it. Good luck finding it though! I'm sure it's nothing major.

yeah most of the guys got it....check your belts if they are lose...also check your intake...make sure you dont have any air leaks from your intake....also when does it make the noise? have your wife start it and you check the engine bay to see where its coming from.

If it were on the exhaust pipe, I think we all know what that would be... Whatcha wanna woo WOO!! Since it's on the intake/engine bay, it can't be a whistle tip. Well, maybe Bubb Rub has a new device for the intake side of things. "Thaz only in the mawnin, u posa be up cookin brefes or sumin by den..."

since you changed your belts month ago, you need to go back and readjust them.

Ill spray some of that stuff on the pulleys ICEMAN. It seems like its comming from that side of the engine...the belts seem to be tight..it only does the noise in the morning when its pretty cold....thanks guys.

Also, having the belts too tight puts more stress on the pulley bearings too, creating that whistle. So yeah, spray some lubricant in those pulley bearings without getting it on the belt surfaces and try to loosen the belts a bit. Also, spray some belt dressing on the belts itself. STP makes them. They even make the silicone spray lubricant you can use instead of PB blaster. It sticks better and lasts longer.
