ok the carb is acting up I know this carb backwards and forwards and even I can't fix it. there is some stuff just not fixable or cost effective. time for a rebuild. idle is screwy again eithier rough or reving it self up or idling too low,vent valve is shot again,mixture is off. anyway I'm trying to remember what exactly the original air temp sensor that goes in the airbox controls I believe it somehow controls the timing of the choke pull off,but can't remember exactly. I have the sensor mounted in my intake I made ,I noticed one of the wires going to it got damaged,so tomorrow I'll solder it back together. I also need to get this hot air thing I made for my exaust manifold going so I can some warm air up to my intake in the winter. I was just waiting for the vaccume pull off thing for the hot air door,but actually found one at the yard that works. miracle of miracles. going to get a carb from importcarbs.com
