so im considering selling my 2g...yeah i kno...it hurts me 2...but with the budget i have now, it seems out of reach to keep dumping money into it anymore...

to keep it ill need to do an emergency motor swap with and a20 or sumthing... replace the tranny(i have no 5th gear) AND the carb as well...needs paint...new tires...new lift support for the hatch...:violin: and theres more lol

Nope I will not convince you, because you should give your hatch to me :) . Seriously with those sentras, there really not as fast as they portray them to be. I would find a different car.

Sinatra was strait gangster, but the sentra is not. I agree with getting a newer civic over that SE-R.

I also have a friend who works at a Nissan dealer. They replace those engines at his dealership about twice a week. They have less room inside than my 84 Sedan. My friends like riding in my Accord better. And here's a great kicker... SOLID REAR AXLE! WTF! That means a 1976 Accord has better rear suspension than a Sentra SE-R. All my faith in Nissan is lost at this point.

Not that it's a terribly bad car, I would just suggest finding a Civic or something. They're bigger, and faster, and more reliable. The SE-R IMO is not as fast as 170hp should be.

I forgot about the solid rear axle. I did some work on a 95 SE-R and when I pulled the wheel off I jsut staired at it for a minute. I dont know what they hell they were thinking, but :thumbdn: for that one.

The se-r doesnt look too bad but if your gonnag get a sentra at least get the se-r spec v. From what ive hear those come with an lsd and better suspension. I would also avoid buying that black one. Its got a body kit and rims so more than likely the previous abuse it. Get it checked inside and out before you buy it.

Yes yes you WANT to do an A20 swap with PGMFI and a prelude tranny and go for lo-pro 15''s ha ha HA!

....Seriously if you want a semi reliable car you're gonna flog in 3-4 years, get the nissan. If you want a car with soul, keep the HONDA.

If you want a Sentra, get a B13. I promise you'll enjoy it more. They have a better road feel than the new ones.

But make sure you sell your car to someone who's going to take care of it the way you didn't.

do me a favor and don't question my integrity, first of all. second, i work 12 hour days and drive at least 45min to and from work everyday. i have zero time to put into this car. ive had it a total of 7 months and its been on the road a total of 2, thanks to me. i have the utmost respect for the 1, 2, and 3g accords and believe me, if i had the time, i'd baby tha hell out of it, but i don't...y do u think im letting u guys know anyway? im tryin to give it a better home even if it is used for parts i know its goin 2 a good cause...i could've just junked it truthfully...but im not an idiot and i know what i have in my possession. so if anyone wants to make me an offer...be my guest. ill have pics up this weekend.

sry for tha long post. had to vent.:gun:
