I reinstalled my shift boot and I used the stock one and the new one, I put the stock one under the new one, so now only half an inch of the shifter is showing, and its perfect, I just wish the new shift boot would have fited right, I'm about to buy a JDM Type R Shift Knob and Boot, and JDM Honda Integra Type R Steering Wheel for my new 3G:D

I turned a grouve in an aluminum collar on m,y lathe and ziptied the boot on the inside to the collar. The stock that I used was a tight fit above the threads on the knob and it dosent fit all the way tight but it stays up and isn;t that notaceable.
