It is worth $1.00 send it to me. I will even pay shipping, $1 + shipping you can't beat that :deal: . Seriously is that for the 3gee? I might be interested at the right price if it hooks right up.

EDIT: I dont think it would be worth anymore then $50.00

Installing this climate control would require getting the rest of the interior heating system as well as whatever valve is used to control coolant flow to the heater core. Since the lever controls use cables, the cable-operated heater system won't be able to work with the electronic flap control interface of the climate control unit. Just my $.02 in case this isn't common knowledge.

Yes, LX and higher trim level cars have push-button controls for everything except the heater water flow control. I do suspect, however, that there are other differences in the heater unit. I may be wrong, but most automatic temperature control units have additional monitoring sensors to control heater core temperature, flap positions (if the unit is capable of variable air flow control), and some use stepper motors to control the vents as well. Hopefully someone more experienced with this particular HVAC setup will chime in. Try looking in the shop manual for a wiring schematic of the auto-climate control. Compare it to the normal units and see if there are differences. HTH

if some one wants it bad they will figure out a way to do it...but yeah...looks like its not plug and play

great find, it looks mint, and I hope you get it working.

(and I also hope that if you get it to work, you'll do a how to so some other lucky bastard can get it to work)
