Well, they've been installed for a little over a week now. What a difference they make... light up the road like nothing else.

Oh, and for those who haven't figured this little one out... there's a plug for the OEM harness to connect the fogs properly. On the under-dash fusebox, there's a row of three pins... connect your relay's switch side to that (EDIT, the pin on the far right). That pin only goes hot when the headlights are on, i.e. the correct way to wire fogs.

Anyway, on with the pics! I know, I know... my car is rather dirty.

Good lord that bumper needs some work! A bit of sanding and prime/paint work should do wonders.

Nope, tried doing that today and I stripped the flare nut on one of the brake hard lines :gun: :gun: :gun: Fortunately that just means for now I cannot remove the old lines, not that I cannot drive the thing. I'll have to snag myself a replacement and just cut the old one out. The nut was a bit rusted, so this is no surprise.

I even used a flare wrench too! Grrrrrrrrrrrr...

Looks good. I have a question though. When you have your fogs on with your low-beam headlights, when you switch to high beam's, do your fogs turn off? Isn't that the Virginia law, that the fogs have to turn off automatically when the high's are turned on?

Unfortunately no, they do not turn off when high beams are turned on. How that's pulled off I am still trying to figure out. I'm hoping that the inspectors will see they are factory fogs and overlook that one little issue.

No power steering, no air conditioning, battery in the back, there's a bit of weight missing from the front of that car.

Yes. I hate cruise control. Scares the bejesus out of me.

I plan on a small drop soon. Nothing extreme. We'll see how that goes.

Hehe, I have that same set here except that mine are all clear (no black trim on each side)

What did you use for a bracket?
