I just got these clear bumper lights and am curious how they go on :huh:

my old ones just screwed on and these have some sort of clip system, any help is always appreciated.

Umm...they are just like the stock ones.
They mount just like factory ones

are the old ones all orange or do thay just have a orange pece in them?
Just a orange piece CAH you can take the lens off and pop it out and then silicone back the lens in place

mine were all orange with 2 screws in the front, is it different on the hatch?

yup...i did it on my dx...im just lazy to put them on cuz it took me like 2 hours to wetsand both of them...even tho half the time i was joking around in autobody class.

It looks like you don't have the right ones. I think there's two little screw holes in the front of the lights. Yours doesn't look like it's got those.

Hatchies have totally different bumper lenses bro! You have the wrong ones.

thay wont work hatchs have 86-87 ones the one you just got only fit 88-89 copue and sedans

ande i have to find the blinkers cause my housing got destroyed by an umbrella on I5

yeah the bumpwer swap should be a bolt on...they are for the 88-89 style...plus you can put a teg lip and it should look sick

ya they cost more then the clear corners on ebay but they cost less from pp if they had them in stock im getting my home made ones for like 15 shipped

Just swap your bumper. Hit your local boneyard and snag one from an 88-89 sedan/coupe. It'll bolt straight on and then you can use your lights plus have the, in my opinion, nicer looking bumper.

I bought those exact same lights and turned out that my hatch bumper lights where shorter than these. the clear ones were longer. I had to cut peices off and cuatomise them to fit. Its not easy....but it can be done.:)..good luck

did you clear those yourself or did you pay 50 dolllers on ebay????
And it is real simple take your bumper off and then just put them on its pretty self explanitory

dang people pay $50 on ebay for those? i should hit the up junkyard and make a bunch of em.. I have a set right now that i just need to install. though i photoshopped them my car and i kinda thought it looked better with the orange :-\

tinted stock signals FTW!!
though on some cars the clear signals look good. i think it depends on the color though
