Do I Need To Replace My Fuse Box?

I hate this electrical crap. I have had a post about this before. My brights will not work. I replaced my headlights first. Then I checked the wires. Then I erplaced the turn signal cluster and still nothing. I broke out the volt meter and the brights have juice all the way down to the fuse box. I tried jumping a wire from the bright wires to the fuse for the brights and sure enough they worked. Is my fuse box dead or what?

well, you can get one from junkyard and see if it can fix the problem.
also, check the wiring for the headlights where they connect. sometimes wires have tendency to crack and brake under stress.
both of my sides were cracked. it looked like someone just cut them.
