Yo' I have pacesetter headers on my lx-i and I didn't receive a block-off kit (I dunno even if they make one) for the secondary egr port in the headers that is required on carb'd accords, but not 'ject'd. I have a ghetto one made out of exhaust repair, but it still sounds like an 80's chevy truck kicked to the cub under my hood cuz of it! Anyone have the thread size of the secondary hole? those of you w/ both an efi and a carbed car tell exactly what port I mean. HELP!

im not sure...but you can try a oil pan bolt. but i think that is for the 2nd o2 sensor for carbed car that only use one 02 sensor...if you dont need it i say you weld it shot or put some jb weld on it

find a cap in the pluming dept and a hardware store

go to the auto parts store and ask for a metric thread gauge. Common metric thread pitches are: 1.0, 1.25 and 1.5. Measuring the thread major diameter (the largest or deepest part) will give you the size. You can then make a guess at the bolt size needed, ie M12x1.25. Try bolts until one fits.

Or you can ask for the oxygen sensor that is supposed to go in there, measure the thread size and pitch on it, and then buy your bolt.

Random, but useful I guess; the filler plug for a manual tranny fits.

why would you hook it up? What would you connect it to?

It would probably be siezed in there, being an exhaust component, while you could spend 2 minutes and find the right bolt, at the parts store, which is probably closer than the junk yard, cheaper, and not even used or fucked...

It would work but there's better ways...

The hole is for an egr hook-up of some kind, not an o2 sensor. I have both O2 sensors on my car.....this hook-up is diff.
