My DC is cracked!!!!! Fortunately the welds on the manifold plate is what went. Easy fix, but the 3g will have a bit of downtime.

Our welding guy will hit it real good and I'll send it to the finishing shop for a fresh ceramic coat.

Gaaah that sucks!

I think I put a bit too much stress on them when I installed my exhaust.

Fortunately our welding guys will fix 'er up nice and I have access to a finishing shop that will do ceramic coating

Strip em down, fix the welds, get a fresh coat on them. Preserve the DCs!!!!

Ceramic coating will only cost me 25 bucks! Not too shabby :)

Yeah, they don't seem to be as high of quality as everyone thinks. I have a ceramic one and it's all rusted up but my Pacesetter exhaust piping has just a tad of rust on the flanges.

I'll look into it. It's a silver ceramic so it ought to look purdy.

These guys do all of our finishing work, plating, anodizing, oxides, etc. I've seen their work and it's quality. When I get gfrg's race manifold, I'm going to clean it up real good and get a black hard coat anodize on it.

I fsckin <3 this job!

I think I remember that cylinder running leaner but that was on my carbed cars.
