Sorry to ask an non-3g related question, but i really don't know where to go with this:

My friend has an 88 Sentra HB with a carbed engine and he's having trouble with the plugs fouling after 1 (one) day. And it's all four plugs. I thought it might be rings or something, but it only smokes a little bit and having all the piston rings blown seems improbable. Any ideas? Thanks for helping me out.

is he using any coolant???

If so could be a head gasket....otherwise there is something else with the valve seals if its anything....

are they black ?? or what do they look like??

Yeah they all come out with oil on them. And he is running coolant.

when i meant coolant i meant...is he having to refill the rad so often or anything in the manner of loosing it ...

but if there oil foulded then i would say the valve guides/seals most likely..

Whats the milage on the motor???
Im not sure about the heads on those cars but some makes you can change the seals without removing the head...

Mabye someone else will shed some light on the situation...
