JDM pre-facelift fog lights

Saw this JDM 2.0Si for sale at a dealership. It's not too bad, low mileage (81,000 miles) and kinda cheap at US$1200. Paint has faded a bit though and as usual it's an auto.

Anyway here are the factory fog lights

Automatic or not, I would still get that car. That car is clean, I dont see any imperfections in that first pic. Rarely will you find a car like that in the U.S. And if thats a B20, its still probably faster than most A20's on this board with 81000 miles.

Yeah like I said it's not all that bad. No rust, no dents but the clear coat has worn off the roof and is fading in other places. But I'm prepared to spend twice that to get what I want and I just wouldn't be happy with settling for second best.

And yes that has a B20A under the hood :)

i think finding a manual b20a is gonna be hard-ish to find, let alone finding one in better condition then that, unless your willing to wait for ever :)

3 years ago I saw a mint manual F1 with 80,000km (50k miles) on the clock. It was $4000 at a dealership (US$2800) and it was beautiful! For some stupid reason I didn't get it and it has haunted my dreams ever since.

Walked in to another dealership yesterday, saw an identical looking car but when I got closer I noticed the fog lights said Vigor instead of Accord. The paint job looked shit loads better and the price tag was only around US$1000. Walked around the back and saw the badge "MXL-S". Stupid B18A dual carb rubbish :(

Neither model is rare. The B18A looks just like a very messy B20A with lots more wires and pipes all over the place.

I hate carbs lol. I'd take a FI A20A over a B18A dual carb any day, even if it was less powerful.

But our carbs use Two Barrels (3 Barrels for some 2gees)

I think a webber or that other carb we can use is just fine!

I don't hate carbs in general I hate our carbs, lol

nah my carb is a single carb, but i think wohdog put dual carbs from a lude onto a a20 though

who was that guy who just got the quad carb set-up running? put that on there and tune it and you should see some nice power. or the set-up from that 320 hp a20 in the civic.

They stopped bringing them from Japan quite a while ago, the market used to be huge but now good ones are getting harder to find. Still a few around though.

That one had faded paint and marks all over it, wasn't as good as it looks in the photos. Hopefully going to look at a F1 2.0Si today, will take some pics.
