well i need to know a way/were the wires are towards the front of the car that go to the rear lights (brake lights, park lights, left & right indicators) so i can use i can control the rear lights from outside of the car.. it seems a little hard to explain but yeah

edit: i know it's the wires on the right side under the carpet, but i dont wanna be cutting any wires =/

edit x2: i suppose i can cut the plug off the other car for spare wires

how can you control them outside your car? just have some one bit the brakes and you go behind and check if a light is out or something.

rig some wires to the other car and tape it down... it does not have to work for 100 times...just once.

i know, i was just gonna figure out if i just wire them up to the front lights (since wire isnt long enough to go to the back) but that would only work for the indicators, and park lights, would still need to figure out the brake lights... hmm

straight up just rig some magnitzed ones outa spare parts then run the wires from the spares , you have spare tails right? if you wanted you could just go from there and wire it up and you could make it into a basic plug just plug and play then when your done just take out those tails and put back in the stocks, if ya get what i mean lol

i dont got enough money to just go out and get some magnatized ones :( and im planning on wirring them up so they use the stock lights (cheaper, actually free) just gotta sort out the back lights, i think i actually figured it out, i just need 1 wire about 7ft long lol

just get some sockets from your parts car....and get some wires and plug them into the car and have the wire run outside the car.

well it has worked. I accidentally got the turn signals around the wrong way cause i connected the left turn signal to the left on the car, looking towards it haha, easy fix though.

anyways, it all works except for the park lights, i used this diagram: http://www.reidtrailers.co.nz/info/info.html and I done the basic wiring, the indicators and brake lights work (which i suppose are the main things) but what is the "tail" wire for? park lights? or what is the "service" wire for? other than my park lights not working, it's going good
