well, it was a pain in the ass, but I finally got it all installed and working correctly! have a gander my friends!
Getting the bumper off was the first and hardest part, I had to remove my grille first I found out...

then I bolted them all up and bolted the bumper back on, but kept the grille off :-D

And today, I finally got the mall wired up and workin gooood WEEE YAY!

I like them alot and all the work completely paid off...

Yep, they're certainly bright. I've got old skool-style fog/driving lamps for my car & may get round to fitting them one day.

Regards your grille, the car would look better with it back on but have you considered a dechrome? Satin black coachline tape of the correct width on the bottom grille moulding, wing/door protection mouldings & bottom rear trim might look tasteful - more like what the hatches have as standard. I'd still keep the rest of the trim chrome so its not overkill & also so your wheels still match in.

Dude, it looks like you removed just the bumper cover. It is much easier to remove the whole bumper with the bar attached. I think you could have done it all with the whole bumper assembly off the car. Not trying to hate, but removing the cover is a pain; I've done it a couple times for paint. Fogs look clean man.

If you want some real fun, take off the black headlight bezels and the header panel. Seriously tight workspaces there, plus the fun clips!
