I recently changed my upper control arms on the from of my 89 accord lxi. While changing them I noticed the little brackets that go up into the engine compartment are slotted like the ones on the ebay auction. Is this eom or did someone dick with my car before I bought it?

nope stock ones don't look like that. looks like someone put camber kit on your car. probably to fix the camber problem after the accident or something else.

I need to check the rear also. I did a carfax on the car before I bought it and it was clean. You never know though!

Well, the rear does not have a camber kit so who knows what the deal is. Thanks for the input!

carfax doesn't show if people wreck the cars and never report them to their insurance company.
someone may have hit a curb or something like that.

true my car is cleen according too carfax but really my car has been fucked more then paris hilton ............

mine has been rear ended by the old owner and once with us and the whole front of this car has been smashed bu the old owner and there are alot more damage spots

i heard that was not the best camber kit. lude arms FTW
